We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data we process when you visit this website and use our forms, on which legal basis this happens, and which rights you have (Art. 13 GDPR).

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: KML Reinigung, Ottostraße 3, 90762 Fürth, Germany.

Phone: +49 176 6248 8968 — Email: [email protected]

2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps), and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). For storing or accessing information on your device, § 25 of the German TDDDG additionally applies.

Data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary to provide our services, if you have consented, or if we are legally obliged to do so.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the server of our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data, including your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, and your browser type. This data is used to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period.

4. Cookies and consent management

This website uses as few cookies as possible. Analytics services that use cookies or similar technologies are only loaded after you have given consent via our consent banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG).

Your selection is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, entry "kml-consent"). You can view, change, or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Contact and booking forms

If you use our contact form or booking request, we process the data you provide (for example name, email address, phone number, property address, and message) to handle your inquiry and for follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). You may receive a confirmation email.

We store this data until your inquiry has been fully processed; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

6. Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)

To protect our forms against abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technical characteristics of your browser may be processed and transmitted to Cloudflare. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing automated requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Plausible Analytics (cookieless statistics)

For anonymous audience measurement we use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU). Plausible uses neither cookies nor other persistent identifiers on your device and does not track you across websites; IP addresses are not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly visitor statistics (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

8. Google Analytics (only with consent)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze website usage; data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising-related signals (ad personalization) are disabled. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; the service will then no longer be loaded.

9. OpenPanel and session recordings (only with consent)

With your consent, we use OpenPanel, an EU-based analytics service, to analyze website usage including session recordings (session replay). Interactions such as mouse movements, scrolling, and clicks are recorded; form input is masked and never stored in plain text. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

10. WhatsApp contact

Our website links to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). WhatsApp only opens once you click the link; from that point on, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. Its use is voluntary.

11. Google Maps

On the contact page we embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). When you open the contact page, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in clearly presenting our location (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

12. Fonts

The fonts used (Inter, Manrope) are hosted locally. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts or other font providers when you visit this site.

13. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). For Bavaria: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
